In addition, we may also share non-personally identifiable information about you such has age, gender, city, state, country and interest to third parties such as advertisers, sponsors, marketing and analytics companies. Your name, profile picture, email address, phone number, or exact location will not be shared as part of this process.
We may also access and preserve information when it is necessary to: detect, prevent fraud and other illegal activity; to protect ourselves, you and others and on accounts disabled for infringing of our terms of service for at least a year to prevent repeat abuse. We may also access, share and preserver any of your information in response to a search warrant, court order or subpoena, when we believe we are required to do so by law.
You may manage or delete personal information by accessing all your information via your My Liveplay page within our service or via the general settings icon within the My Liveplay page. Any data that was not made public by you and is modified or deleted will be modified or deleted from our servers unless we have received a request to preserve and retain that information (See: Section D "Who do we share your personal information with?").
When any content you upload includes uniquely identifiable information about another person and that person contact us claiming a Privacy Violation we will remove the video from our service. To meet the requirements of uniquely identifiable information there must be sufficient information within the content that allows any third party to recognize the person.
